How I Work
 
I offer individual sessions rather than fixed programmes. We each grow, process and transform at different paces. Real change often requires time, time to integrate what has been uncovered, to notice new thoughts and feelings emerging, and to allow your next steps to reveal themselves naturally.
 
Nothing is rushed. The work is spacious, reflective and responsive to where you are in that moment.
 
Our journeys are rarely linear. In one session you may wish to focus on confidence, in the next you may explore rediscovering what feels authentic to you, and later you may return to confidence to uncover deeper layers of understanding. You hold full agency over your journey. My role is to act as a guide, facilitator and steady anchor as you explore your Inner Compass.
 
The Approach
 
I work intuitively, gently weaving together:

• Chakra awareness and energetic development
• Yin and Yang balance
• Reflection on wider influences such as societal expectations, ancestry, education, and lived experiences
 
All of these elements support you in deepening your connection with yourself and your chosen focus.
 
Session Details
 
Please allow 90 minutes for each session.
 
A session may include:
 
• Arrival and welcome
• Reflection on recent experiences
• Exploration of current circumstances
• Nervous system regulation support
• Breathwork
• Meditation or visualisation
• Journalling and reflective practices
• Exploration of your chosen focus or intention
• Gentle action planning and integration guidance
 
Each session is shaped around you and your needs in that moment.

Booking Your Session
 
To book a session, please follow the booking link.
 
Once your session is confirmed:
1. Complete the 1:1 Coaching Reflection Form with as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing
2. Submit payment using the provided payment link
 
My preparation begins as soon as I receive your completed form. If I need clarification on any information, I will contact you prior to your session.
 
Please ensure your form and payment are completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
 
This work is collaborative, reflective and held with care. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
